At The Crochet Atelier, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

• Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• DIY crochet kits are complete and unopened.

• Items are returned in their original packaging.

Because our products are handmade, small variations in color, size, or stitching are normal and are not considered defects.

2. How to Request a Return

We will reply with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or worn items

• Opened or incomplete DIY kits

• Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)
